1. What services do you offer?
We offer full service branding, specialising in brand strategy, messaging & copywriting, and online presence/visual identity. You can book any service individually or combine them for a complete brand transformation.
2. How do I know which service is right for me?
• If you need clarity on the direction of your business, start with brand strategy.
• If you want a stronger connection with your clients or customers, go for messaging & copywriting.
• If your visuals feel outdated or inconsistent, online presence is the right fit.

3. How long does a project take?
Most projects take 3–6 weeks depending on the scope.
Larger, multi-service projects may take 8–10 weeks, while smaller add-ons can be completed faster. We’ll provide a clear timeline before starting.
4. How many revisions are included?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. This ensures your input is heard while keeping things efficient.
If you need additional revisions, they can be added at $60 per round.
5. What is a revision?
A revision is feedback on an existing draft - things like adjusting tone, refining wording, or making design tweaks.
Major changes outside the original project scope (new pages, deliverables, or full redesigns) would be considered additional work.
9. What happens if I don’t provide feedback on time?
Delays in feedback can affect your project timeline and delivery date.
To keep things moving, we ask for feedback within 3 business days of receiving drafts.
10. Do you offer on-going support after a project finishes?
Yes. Many clients continue working with us on a monthly retainer for brand strategy continuation, content support, or copywriting updates. Retainers give you consistent access to our expertise without starting a new project each time.
11. What if I only need a small piece of work done?
That’s where add-ons come in. Whether you need extra copy, a few templates, or additional revisions, add-ons give you the flexibility to get smaller deliverables without committing to a full project.
Depending on your request, we can also offer specific add-ons if you need custom work done.
6. Do you work with businesses outside of New Zealand?
Yes! We work with businesses globally. Everything from communication to file delivery is handled online, so location is never an issue.
7. What do you need from me before we start?
We’ll need you to complete our onboarding questionnaire, provide any brand assets you already have (like logos, fonts, photos), and commit to timely communication throughout the project.
8. How do I provide feedback?
Feedback should be clear, specific, and consolidated. We prefer Google Docs comments for copywriting, PDF markups for visuals, or a single email with numbered notes.
Sending videos through or jumping on a quick call with us to discuss is also welcome if you prefer talking it out.
12. Will you use my project as a testimonial?
Yes, unless otherwise requested. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you’d prefer confidentiality, just let us know before starting.
13. What happens once my project is complete?
You’ll receive your final files in agreed formats along with a wrap-up email guiding you on the next steps. We’ll also send a testimonial request and let you know about retainer options if you’d like ongoing support.
